Here at the Resort, we have put extensive time and resources into building our very own, custom AI enabled phone system. Each Team Member represents a historical person to Alaska, and you have Aurora, the Front Desk Operator directing all of them towards Team Success!

Each Team Member is trained to help you with a very specific task, which is way better than most of the "general" systems out there today. Our system is designed so you can accomplish anything you could with a human, but the convenience of being available 24/7, at your own pace.

The key component we also addressed, is still providing a human to answer the phone at all times during normal business hours as well, just ask for a manager!
